Your website gave a 503 error yesterday and the day before when I tried to access it. I don't know if it is of any relevence where I tried to access your website from, but just thought I might add that I live in India.
I had to spend nearly 2,000 XPs to regain my streak.
Please ensure that such failures do not occur in the future -- and if the do occur, please do not require us to pay XPs to regain our streak.

Yeah I've been trying to access this site since last Saturday! No news, just dead, and suddenly today it just popped back online. It made me so angry, I spent a ton of time putting flashcards on here and then suddenly it just disappears. I spent this entire week redoing all my flashcards in other programs like anki, and now suddenly it pops up today, without a word of explanation. I'm hesitant to use this site anymore, I could lose everything all over again, so much time and effort. Could the admins at least address the week of downtime?
