Is there any way to create folders for the courses created, so it is easier to find a set?

There is not. But, there should be. It's something we're working on - i.e. an ability to 1) Create course sets/folders, 2) "Add this course to a course set/folder"
For now, we just added a link called Last Played on the left to easily find recently used ones, but sets are not there yet.
