Folders now live and other bug fixes

Notable changes: - Folders - a much requested feature - are now live. Folders offer you the ability to bookmark and group courses for easy access, or to share. NB. Latest version is required to see folders. Bug fixes: - Fixed user settings saving issues after last speaker update - Fixed user level titles updating correctly upon session completion - Removed automatic course filtering by language from dashboard to remove confusion on why courses are not shown - Course export now gives you the links to the images (fixed bug as reported by user)
