Minor updates and fixed to typing mode and targets

CHANGE LOG Features - You will now receive a notification on screen and in the notification box when you achieve daily targets. Bug fixes - Punctuation is now stripped when checking answers in typing mode. e.g. ¿Cuántos años tienes? typing "cuantos anos tienes" would have been incorrect. This now shows correctly as "Missing accents", as all the characters are correct (aside from the error with diacritics) - Fixed issue where after editing a I-Was-Right question, the question could them become unanswerable
