Speaking improvements

We have updated the speaking system again. We found that various browsers would stop listening after a certain number of questions were answered. This was due to a bug in opening multiple audio contexts in the browser. We have tested this new update with 30% of a Spanish listening course, and find it fully functional in Chrome. If you have issues in Safari, please report these on the forum. Another update with speaking: Speaking & Listening mode now is purely a mode where you hear AUDIO and answer with SPEAKING. This enables hands free learning by reciting what you hear.
