5. speciment insufficient 6. specimen haemolysed (only can see after centrifuge it)
7. incorrect blood-anticoagulation ratio 8. pt's ID not properly written
9. name of test not written |

1. All critical/very abnormal results will be __________.

3. Staff from different wards will take result at certain time.
4. If want faster results, can ______ to lab yourself.
5. Can view results @ _______ in main lab but cannot print it. As for HIV, can know status of test (completed or not) but result if positive, will be delivered directly to the patient. | Results:
