Proportional Representation (PRO&CONS)

The system advantages would be that it decrease the number of wasted votes, more equal representations, minorities are more included. Some disadvantages are higher number of parties which could produce coalitions quicker, and it could mean that small parties have a disproportionate amount of influence.
