BP, P, Temp post op observations for the organisation ie ½ hrly for 2 hours, 1 hrly four hours, then 2 , 4 hrly Resp rate 1/24 for 24 hours Pain assessment Dermatome levels: 2hrly-4hrly, or if there is a change in rate of the epidural infusion
