Unexplained persistent relapsing chronic fatigue not alleviated with rest and causing decrease in function. Associated with 4 of the following. impaired concentration, sore throat, lymph nodes, muscle pain, multijoint pain, headache, nonrefreshing sleeping post exertional malaise > 24 hours.
