How is Ethene made, and what does it do?

-Ethene is found in Aging leaves -It makes the Cells that connect the Leaf to the Plant to Expand, making the Cell break the Cell Walls, therefore breaking the Connection -Ethene can also make Enzymes, that can make Fruit to Ripen
