List the follow post biopsy interventions:

Observe sign of bleeding. Keep pt. on right side w/ rolled towel against puncture site for 2 hour to splint pressure site. Asses pt/ for pneumothorax/ collapsed lung. Monitor pts. vital signs - Q15 min 2x - Q30 min 4x - Q1h 4x.
