How can a Chain Reaction happen?

-If a Unstable Nuclei splits up, it can give Neutrons out, which can be Absorbed by Other Nuclei making them Unstable... -This is a Chain Reaction, and will Stop when the Nuclei is Stable Enough or there isn't any Collisons
