Why did Stratford need to be Regenerated?

-Stratford contained very High Levels of Deprivation along with having lots of Poverty Levels. Environmental Quality was Poor, and so was the Health of the Populace. -Also, Investment was very Poor and the Industry was Closing Down, meaning Jobs was going Down -So this meant Regenerating the Place means more People can Work, GCSE Performances can Increase meaning better Educations, Lots of Brownfields sites that could be used for Building and that had it Good Potential for Transportation
