-2 People, and a Ruler. Simple -First Person will have his Hand Open, and the Second Person will Hold the Ruler between the First Person's Thumb and Forefinger, with the Finger lined up with 0. -Second Person Drops the Ruler, with no Intention of doing so. -First Person will, hopefully, Catch the Ruler as Fast as he Can -Measurement on the Ruler, where the First Person caught it is how Far it Dropped in the Time it took for you to React. Longer the Distance = Longer the Reaction Time.
