Question:

How can Gravity be the Reason for Orbits to Occur?

Author: eric_galvao

Answer:

-An Object to Accelerate needs a Force. And an Object Moving in a Circle - the Force [Centripetal] is going Towards the Centre. This is what Gravity does -Now, The reason why we haven't gone inside the Sun is because we are Moving. So this Centripetal Force makes us Change Directions -And its Velocity of the Object is always at Right Angles to the Acceleration. This makes a Circle
