-New Drug, after the 3 Previous Steps, Tested onto Healthy People, to make sure that no Harmful Side Effects happen when the Body is at a Norm State. -Good Results mean that the Drugs can be given to the more Vulnerable Sick People, that Suffer from the Illness that the Drug is trying to Treat. -This takes a Stupid Amount of Time, for a Morale Reason. Sometimes it takes Time for the Drug to Kick in, or Perhaps if Side Effects Occur happen after a Long Time.
