Define the structure of phospholipid bilayers

Consists of two layers of phospholipids, with a hydrophobic, interior and a hydrophilic exterior. The hydrophilic (polar) head group and hydrophobic tails (fatty acid chains) are depicted in the single phospholipid molecule.
