The influence of IT on Culture and Social Behavior: Gilkey (2015) identified in his article the many hundreds of small ways that technology alters individual and collective behavior on a daily basis. It may not be noticed, but these "small ways" are slowly becoming prominent which is probably why the so-called what are now becoming popular with the obvious disparity between these generations publicized in social media.
