Notice of junk vehicle abatement must:

1) Provide no less than 10 days notice before removal 2) must be personally delivered by postman or sent certified mail with a 5 day return request and signature confirmation to all owners/interests, if on private property a notice must be sent to the owner of that property, if on public right of way must be sent to the property adjacent to that right of way.
