Minor signs (acne/ seborrhea- scalp sebaccous accumulation) these signs are not that serious Major signs (clitoris hypertrophy, alopecia (صلع), muscular hypertrophy, mammarian atrophy...) these signs are more serious and may lead to malignancy.
