Hx of exposure, loss of conscious, dizziness, nausea, vomit, difficulty breathing, SoB, cough, burn to face, singed nasal vibrissae, nasal passages, carbonaceous sputum, hoarseness, increase work of breath, tachypnea, decreased breath sounds, wheezing, use of accessory muscles.
