-The Final Court of Appeal for all Civil Cases in UK and Criminal Cases apart from Scotland -Concentrates on the Greatest Public and Constitutional Importance -May hear Constitutional, Criminal, and Civil law cases. Also on Arguable Points of Law - giving Clarification to the Meaning and Application of the Law
