The 1st Amendment protects Free Speech, Press, and Religion -The USCON sets the Rules out for Elections, as well as Terms, Electors, and Control over Elections. Frequent Election Cycle allows high Accountability -Separation of Powers protects Rights and prevents Tyranny of Government. SCOTUS struck down State and Federal laws to protect LGTBQ+ Rights.
