What are surgical measures taken for secondary hyperparathyroid?

For bone pain/fracture, pruritis, calciphylaxis, extraskeletal nonvascular calcification, w/elevated pararthyroid hormone. Procedure of choice is total parathyroid w/autotransplant / 3.5 gland parathyrodiectomy
