Chronic mild-moderate pt isolated MR is usually asymptomatic. Chronic severe MR (fatigue, exertional dyspnea, orthopnea, right side HF, painful hepatic congestion, ankle edema, distended neck vein, ascites, secondary TR, in pt with associated pulmonary vascular disease and pulmonary HTN)
