What are labs done in case of MR?

ECG, TTE, TEE, CXR. Asymptomatic pt with severe MR LVEF>60% should be followed every 6 months in heart valve center, measurement of BNP levels, exercise electrocardiography, are useful diagnostic and risk strat tools. Asymptomatic pt with moderate MR and preserved LV function can be followed on a yearly basis and echocardiography should be performed every 1-2 years
