Question:

Environmental factors when deciding which power source to use

Author: Freya Watson

Answer:

Many renewable sources don’t produce CO2 emissions. Biofuels produce CO2 when combusted, but plant growth uses it in photosynthesis. Fossil fuels are a major contributor to CO2 emissions. Other impacts are pollution, changes to the ecosystem due to extraction of fossil fuels, and the visual impact.
