How is misdx of testicular torsion?

Any acute scrotal/testicular pain with normal urinalysis should be explored surgically!! - 2 major abnormalities in urology that can be misdiagnosed and have significant consequences: testicular torsion – obstructive pyelonephritis - 15 y.o patient presented with persistent testicular pain and normal urinalysis à do the surgery to know the cause. If it turns out to be an infection, in this way I ruled out testicular torsion and preserved the testes = organ preservation surgery
