Deep palpation on this point ? positive indication for tenderness in case of appendicitis. ► Rovsing’s sign: rebound tenderness on deep palpation of left iliac fossa followed by sudden release of pressure ? deep pain is felt in right iliac fossa in case of appendicitis.
