Rectal bleeding with shock and acidosis e. Septicemia with nothing showing , marked leukocytosis, mental changes,abdominal pain f. Abdominal pain and bleeding (Hematocrit decreases) g. Suspected ischemia (patient comes with abdominal pain and rectorrhagia) h. Deterioration on conservative treatment
