➢ Gonadoblastomas are rare neoplasms. ➢ In situ form of malignant germ cell tumour consisting of germ cell neoplasia in situ (GCNIS), seminoma, or dysgerminoma cells, and incompletely differentiated sex cord cells reminiscent of Sertoli or granulosa cells. ➢ In some cases the germ cell component becomes malignant, giving rise to seminoma.
