Tumors include Angiosarcoma. Hepatoblastoma. Hepatic adenocarcinoma. Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma. Symptoms and signs include right upper quadrant pain, weight loss, hepatomegaly. CT scan shows hypervascular tumor for angiosarcoma; multiseptate cyst for adenocarcinoma. Workup: perform CT scan followed by Tumor biopsy or resection for diagnosis and treatment DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS: Hepatocellular carcinoma. Metastatic carcinoma. Benign neoplasm. Other abdominal malignancy.
