CT scan shows hypervascular tumor for angiosarcoma; multiseptate cyst for adenocarcinoma. Workup: perform CT scan followed by Tumor biopsy or resection for diagnosis and treatment DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS: Hepatocellular carcinoma. Metastatic carcinoma. Benign neoplasm. Other abdominal malignancy.
