SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS Many patients are asymptomatic at the time of diagnosis, but symptoms can include fever, weight loss, fatigue, pruritus, jaundice, hepatomegaly, splenomegaly, and hyperpigmentation. DIAGNOSIS ERCP/PTC reveal a “beads on a string” appearance of the bile ducts (alternating strictures and dilation) inside and/or outside the liver. ALP is almost always elevated. MRCP (less aggressive) Liver Biopsy (if available)
