How do you make a user other then guest user the owner of all records created by a guest user

Create a custom community user profile and cloned the CC admin permission set. Create a account/contact/user and assign to this user. Then specify in Configuration Setting User Profile (Registration)/Default Record Owner configuration what user id to use.
