Call 911 Detail the A B C for the behavior which resulted in the crisis Contact supervisor immediately and complete an incident report asap (by the same day) Behavior Analyst will determine the most appropriate response to address behaviors which resulted in the crisis Additional programming is needed by BA Additional supports Increased frequency of services Behavior Analyst will follow up with necessary action based on above
