Dacarzabine adverse effect

Its major adverse effects are nausea and vomiting. Myelosuppression (thrombocytopenia and neutropenia) occur later in the treatment cycle. Hepatotoxicity with hepatic vascular occlusion may also occur in long-term treatments.
