Question:

Pramipexole and ropinirole

Author: Suzuki

Answer:

Unlike the ergotamine derivatives, pramipexole and ropinirole do not xacerbate peripheral vasospasm, and they do not cause fibrosis. Nausea, hallucinations, insomnia, dizziness, constipation, and orthostatic hypotension are among the more distressing side effects of these drugs, but dyskinesias are less frequent than with levodopa.
