Question:

What are some of the Challenges that the Thar Desert Provides?

Author: eric_galvao

Answer:

-Extreme Temperatures: People find it hard to Work really anywhere in the Hottest part of the Day, or even Season -Water Supply: Since the Rainfall is less then 150 mm per Year, the Water is very Limited and Precious. Water Loss would also lead to the Mining and Farming Industry's Collapsing, making the Economy Suffer. And some parts have received too much Water, making the Salt build up making it very bad Farming Land -Inaccessibility: Some, or really Most of the Desert can't really be made Useful because of the Environment, and the Infrastructure being Poor. This creates Gaps between the Rich and the Poor
