So how are Proteins made?

Author: eric_galvao

Answer:

-Information for the Protein is in the DNA - the Gene. -However, the DNA can't Leave the Nucleus, so it needs to get the Information out of the Nucleus and in the Cytoplasm. -It achieves this by mRNA, which has the DNA being used for a Template - which then has Complementary Basing [Opposite Pairs] so A --> U [Uracil replaces Thymine] T-->A C-->G G-->C -That entire Step is Called Transcription -Now, the mRNA leaves the Nucleus and enters the Cytoplasm - which has Amino Acids read the Triplet Codes which will then get in the Right Order.
