CXR: Diffuse, fine reticular/nodular opacities, or normal in 28% of pt. Bronchial wall thickening, peribronchovascular markings, opacities are seen HRCT: patchy ground-glass opacities air trapping. Central bronchial wall thickening (90%), peripheral wall thickening (86%), centrilobular nodules (71%), ground glass opacitiy (67%) and centrilobular emphysema (50%)
