What is indication of bronchoscopy in RBILD?

Bronchoscopy with BAL is reserved for pt with uncertain dx with moderate-severe case (not mild - can wait) Used to exclude other causes, RBILD non-specific BAL findings. Increased macrophages with golden pigmented inclusoons and lower other cellular constituents.
