Wants Pluralism -Legislation being blocked can be seen as upholding Limited Government -Deliberative Process can allow Higher Quality Legislation by blocking Rushed decisions -The Legislative Process respects the Rights for the Individual and the State -In other words, it was made to be hard to pass laws
