Output of legislation can be based on Pet Projects and Ideological Interests - not the Public Interest. -Pork-Barrell Politics increases the National Debt for projects not of National Concern. In 2023, there were 7.4k Earmarks for $26.1 Billion. Liberals and Fiscal Conservatives hate this -Hyper-Partisanship has made these weaknesses much more Stronger. If Congress is Divided, expect nothing to be done...
