• Immediate empiric antibiotic therapy should be started (cover most common pathogen - Streptococcus) Such as penicillin V, amoxicillin, clindamycin, macrolide, and others • Monitor patients closely and watch the therapy if there is a poor response to initial treatment • Elevation of the involved area • Treat tinea pedis, erythrasma, or intertrigo
